BJP Slams Congress Demand for JPC Probe into Hindenburg Report

Allegations of Economic Anarchy and Toolkit Conspiracy

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday rejected the Congress party's demand for a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe into the Hindenburg Research report. BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad accused the Congress of wanting to harm the Indian stock market and creating economic anarchy and hatred.

Prasad stated at a press conference that the Congress and its allies, having been rejected by the people of India, have conspired with the "toolkit gang" to destabilize the country.

The BJP's response came after the Congress demanded a JPC probe into the Hindenburg report, which has alleged financial irregularities and fraud by the Adani Group. Prasad accused the Congress and opposition parties of conspiring to create financial instability in India, a charge they have denied.
