Raptors' OG Anunoby to Miss Next Two Games
Anunoby sustained a hamstring injury in Game 2 against the Knicks
Injury comes at a tough time for the Raptors, who are already without Pascal Siakam
TORONTO -- OG Anunoby will miss the next two games against the Indiana Pacers and is likely to miss Game 5 as well, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Anunoby sustained a hamstring injury in the second game of the series against the New York Knicks. He did not play in Game 3, and his status for Game 4 is up in the air.
The injury is a tough blow for the Raptors, who are already without Pascal Siakam due to a groin injury. Anunoby is one of the team's best defenders, and his absence will be felt on both ends of the court.
The Raptors will have to dig deep to find a way to win without Anunoby. They will need to get more production from their other players, including Scottie Barnes, Fred VanVleet, and Gary Trent Jr.
The Raptors are currently trailing the Pacers 2-1 in the series. Game 4 is scheduled for Monday night in Toronto.
