Fremantle Dockers: A Historical Overview
AFL Team Record
The Fremantle Dockers have a proud history in the Australian Football League (AFL). The club was founded in 1994 and has since become one of the most successful teams in the competition. The Dockers have won two premierships, in 2006 and 2010, and have also finished runners-up on three occasions.
2000 Season
The Fremantle Dockers finished the 2000 season with a record of 8-14, finishing 12th in the AFL. The team was coached by Damian Drum.
The Doc
The Doc was a popular mascot for the Fremantle Dockers from 1995 to 2001. The mascot was a straggly blonde-haired character similar in appearance to Fremantle players Clive Waterhouse or Shaun McManus.
